The lady that helped me in the deli dept. was very, very nice and helpful, I wish I knew her name. Found everything I was looking for plus. I went for their fresh donuts, so good, but spent 85$on other stuff!
I will not say say anything openly about the negative encounter I had with the 2 employees in customer service tonight. But as a member of this community, i will say if i return to your location to shop, i will speak to the manager in person & confidentially because I do not wish to be ostracized as a customer. I cannot let this go without addressing it. Im sure if they treated me the way they did tonight, they have done it before. But it has to stop! I supported these employees when they were on strike & this is their way of saying thank you for your support? Really?!
This schnucks is a fairly nice store with good sales at times. Shelves stay stocked for the most part but the meats can be fairly higher compared to other stores. This would be considered an urban market for where it is located.
Well I went to this location to pay my gas bill but somehow the money I paid went toward someone else's gas bill. So beware don't think I'll pay my bill here again. Gonna try dierbergs next time.
